The 1st Anniversary Symposium and Collaboration Meeting of the Cosmic-Ray Extremely Distributed Observatory (CREDO) collaboration was held at the Institute of Nuclear Physics PAN, Krakow, Poland on 30th and 31st August, 2017. The conference was dedicated to ensembles of cosmic rays: yet unseen messengers of the Universe.

Here’s a few pics and information:

Dr. Piotr Homola (Institute of Nuclear Physics PAN) gave the in-depth introduction to CREDO.

It was followed by the speech of Dr. Marlena Jankowska (IIP fdn.) and Dr. Justyna Miszczyk (Institute of Nuclear Physics PAN) on why IPR is essential for the CREDO Project. They both held a lecture on “Intellectual Property Rights in the Outer Space”.

At that occasion IIP would like to extend thanks to the IFN PAN for showing us around in the proton labs.
